In appropriate circumstances, Motipix may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
