These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Motiopix (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, browsing, downloading, purchasing, uploading, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them.
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data. You must not use the Platform to distribute malware, engage in fraud, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform if we reasonably believe an account is being used in breach of these Terms, to protect users, or to comply with law.
The Platform provides tools that allow users to access, license, sell, and/or request digital assets and related services. We are not a party to agreements between users unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee the availability of any item, author, or feature.
The Platform and its underlying technology (including design, layout, branding, and software) are owned by or licensed to Motiopix and are protected by intellectual property laws.
User-generated content (such as item listings, profile information, messages, and uploaded files) are owned by the author who created it, subject to any licenses granted to Motiopix to operate, market, and improve the Platform. Specific information for Terms related to purchasing and Terms related to selling are described in the sections below.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Motiopix and its licensors.
All prices displayed are in United States Dollars (USD). Where the Platform supports payments, transactions will be processed through third-party payment providers. Applicable fees, commissions, and payout rules (if any) will be presented within the Platform and may change from time to time.
You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to your use of the Platform.
The Platform offers a referral program that rewards users for inviting new users to Motiopix. When a new user registers through a referral link, the referrer will earn a 15% commission on that user’s all future purchases of items and download passes made on the Platform. Referral earnings may be used for purchases on the Platform or withdrawn after reaching the $40 minimum payout limit. Referral commissions do not apply to customization projects.
Referral programs exist to reward genuine user growth, not personal use or controlled accounts. We may change, suspend, or end the referral program at any time.
The referral program is open all registered members of Motiopix.
Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Copyright Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that we may process personal data as described in those policies.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform or specific features where necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with legal requirements.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motiopix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

When you purchase/download a digital item on the Platform, you receive access to that item and a license to use it in accordance with the applicable license terms. You do not acquire ownership of the item or any underlying intellectual property rights.
Access to purchased/downloaded items is provided through your account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for downloading and storing copies where applicable.
Your use of any item is governed by our license terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the license associated with each item.
Download passes provide access to eligible items available on the Platform. While we may add new items from time to time, we do not guarantee that new content will be added on any regular schedule or at all. Items are made available by independent authors and may be updated, unpublished, or removed at any time. As a result, the availability of specific items may change without notice.
Download limits, and any other features are described on this page at the time your purchase. Pass availability, pricing, limits, and features may change from time to time.
You are responsible for managing your download passes, through your account or the payment method used.
Due to the nature of digital content and instant access, purchases of items and download passes are generally non-refundable.
If a purchased item is not functioning as described, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing an updated working version. Refunds may be considered at our discretion where a technical issue cannot be resolved.
We do not guarantee compatibility with future software versions, frameworks, browsers, players, or third-party tools. Changes outside the Platform’s control do not constitute a defect.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, lack of use, or misunderstanding of item functionality.
Certain items offer paid customization services (Projects). Submitting a project request does not guarantee acceptance. Authors may accept or decline project requests at their sole discretion, and may set their own price and timeline.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing within the Platform, a project includes one reasonable revision. Requests that materially change the original item may be declined.
To ensure transparency and user protection, communication and transactions related to customization requests are expected to take place within the Platform.
Authors may upload and sell only original content that they have created and are the sole and exclusive owner of. Authors will retain ownership of their items. In cases where items are published, distributed, or sold elsewhere, Motiopix may request additional information to confirm authorship and ownership before approval or continued publication.

Use of AI-assisted creation is permitted if content is privately generated (not publicly available) and where the use of AI is clearly disclosed in the item description. Public-domain assets may be used where permitted by the applicable terms (e.g., CC0 1.0 Universal), and any required attribution or notices must be included in the item description where applicable.
Motiopix will review all submitted items and may remove content after publication or restrict accounts that violate these standards.
All items are reviewed individually, approval is granted per item and does not guarantee approval of future uploads.
Authors maintain full control over their items and its prices and may edit or remove items at any time. Authors may also offer items for free or apply discounts with the following limits: maximum discount: 50%, maximum discount duration: 14 days.
Items are not currently eligible for inclusion in Master Pass offerings. Authors with 200 or more approved items may inquire via the contact form, or may be invited in the future.
All prices displayed are in United States Dollars (USD). Author earnings are subject to platform fees based on author level. Author level is determined by total lifetime earnings and is displayed in the author’s account.
The platform fee is deducted from the item's sale price, and the remaining amount constitutes the author payout.

Motiopix makes no guarantees regarding sales, revenue, or item visibility. Minimum payout is $40.
A conversational level of English is required for authors who choose to accept customization requests and indicate their availability during registration. If a customization project is completed by the author, the platform fee applied will match the author’s current level-based fee for regular item sales. Authors may resell/publish customization project works if it does not reference the buyer (buyer-provided materials, branding, data etc.) in any manner. Referral earnings do not apply to customization projects, more details on referrals here.
Project scope, pricing, and delivery deadlines are set by the author upon acceptance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing within the Platform, a project includes one reasonable revision. Requests that substantially expand the original scope may be declined or treated as a new project.
After a customization request is submitted, authors are expected to respond within 24 hours to indicate interest. Failure to respond within this timeframe, abandoning a project after engagement, or rejecting a reasonable customization request without valid justification may lead to the project being reassigned by Motiopix to protect platform integrity.
In case of project reassignment, author payout is calculated according to rates shown below, and is applied to the project price agreed after reassignment.

Author earnings become eligible for payout once the minimum payout threshold of $40 is reached. Payouts are not automatic and must be requested by the author through the Platform.
Available payout methods currently include Stripe and bank wire transfer (minimum payout amount $100). Stripe payouts require the author to complete onboarding and maintain an active, verified Stripe account in a supported country. Motiopix may add, remove, or modify payout methods, minimums, or requirements at any time based on operational, legal, or regulatory needs.
Authors are responsible for providing accurate and complete payout information. Any fees charged by payment providers, banks, or intermediaries (including transaction or conversion fees) are the responsibility of the author and may be deducted from the payout amount. Payout processing times may vary depending on the selected payout method, verification requirements, and payment provider processing schedules.
If an item is reported as not functioning, defective, or otherwise unusable due to a technical issue, authors are required to make reasonable efforts to fix the problem by providing an updated working version. This helps ensure the item continues to match its description.
If an author is unable or unwilling to resolve a confirmed technical issue within a reasonable timeframe, Motiopix may remove the item from sale or take other appropriate action in order to protect buyers.
Motiopix may remove or disable access to an item without prior notice if it is reported for legal, policy, or compliance reasons, including but not limited to intellectual property claims, DMCA notices, or suspected violations of these Terms. Such action may be taken while an issue is under review.
An author may request account closure by contacting Motiopix.
If there are outstanding earnings at the time of the request, processing may take up to 30 days to allow for verification or resolution of pending transactions. Any remaining balance below the minimum payout threshold may be excluded from payout. Licenses granted to buyers prior to the closure request remain valid.
Motiopix may suspend or restrict an author account, remove items, or limit access to Platform features where there is proof of policy violations, including but not limited to content guideline breaches, intellectual property issues, misuse of the Platform, fraudulent activity, inappropriate behavior toward other users, or repeated failure to meet quality or technical requirements.
Platform actions taken under this section do not create any obligation for Motiopix to provide compensation or damages to the author. Suspension or removal does not affect licenses already granted to buyers prior to such action.
New author accounts without a single uploaded item will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
